Played around with PS again. Maybe it's time to pull out some decent painting instead of just playing around with filters -_-

    yo andrew this looks sweeeet! I agree with you about doing actual painting than filters, cuz filter never look good. Keep painting on ur sparetime

    seriously, this design has great potential, unique and adorable. try a different approach..maybe an old school refined turn around.
